RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customer must email within 24 hours of the order to cancel to order. If the order has been shipped, the order can not be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, email us at hickuppanda@gmail.com
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Due to the limited availability of our apparel, exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Please follow the instructions below to make a return. Please note that all apparel purchases on sale items are final
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
within SEVEN (7) days from the date of receipt. Let us know what the problem is, and we’ll give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Follow the return instructions provided by our Web Sales staff, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. DEFECTIVE SOFT GOODS POLICY:
Any item or piece of apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within one THIRTY (30) days of the date of purchase. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. HLL Design will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.
